clipsync Desktop Daemon (Odin)

This component runs in background and syncs clipboard with paired Android devices.

Initial milestone:

1. Start TCP server on default port 45821.
2. Broadcast LAN discovery messages.
3. Handle v1 handshake and pairing state.
4. Send/receive text clipboard updates.
5. Persist paired peers and reconnect automatically.
